Clients have included those who wanted a record of a loved home or garden, and those who wanted a reminder of a favourite house they had visited (even if it was the local pub!). In the warmer months I am quite happy to work on location, if it is not too far away. For the remainder of the year, and where the location is too far, I do paintings from photographic reference.
